All orders are processed and dispatched on working weekdays (Monday to Friday), with the exclusion of bank holidays. We use carriers such as FedEx and DPD to deliver your orders and are chosen based on a number of considerations such as your order size and delivery location. Any orders placed outside of working hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day in accordance with the delivery speed specified in your order.
For stocked items, any orders placed before 2:30pm will be dispatched the same day. For any orders on products that are either on backorder or out of stock, our sales team will email you within 1 working day after receiving your order to advise of the stock status and an estimated delivery time.
Items that are painted before delivery have a turnaround of 3-4 working days before being dispatched. You can learn more about our colour-matching service here.

Yes you can do so in the checkout. Please note however all deliveries require a signature so we’re unable to accommodate any ‘safe place’ requests left in the order notes.
We’re unable to leave any package at a ‘safe place’, and require signatures on across all deliveries regardless of order value.
Orders are not processed on weekends, so you will not receive your order on Monday. We will begin processing your order on the next working day in accordance with your delivery speed specified in your order.
